Full Stack Developer

Build Tathven ERP and HRMS on our core stack — .NET on the server, Blazor and Angular on the client. You will own features end to end: APIs, data, and UI that keep the ledger accurate for Indian businesses every day.

Develop and maintain backend services, APIs and business logic in .NET / C#
Ship interactive product screens in Blazor and Angular with clear, reusable components
Model data, permissions and audit trails so every change has a name against it
Integrate UI with APIs cleanly — auth, validation, error handling and performance
Collaborate with analysts and testers from design through release on ERP / HRMS modules

Role 02 · Product

Business Analyst

Turn how Indian businesses actually run — GST, payroll, stock, approvals — into requirements that engineering can ship without ambiguity.

Map customer workflows into clear stories and acceptance criteria
Bridge finance, HR and operations language with the product model
Validate releases against real Chennai and pan-India use cases

Role 03 · Quality

Software Tester

Protect the authoritative record. You will break things early so customers never see a posting that disagrees with itself.

Design and run test plans across finance, inventory, payroll and GST flows
Automate regression where it earns its keep; explore where it does not
Raise defects with evidence — steps, data and expected truth

Role 04 · Growth

Marketing Analyst

Measure what brings Indian businesses to Tathven — campaigns, demos and content — and turn the numbers into decisions the team can act on.

Track funnel, campaign and demo performance with clear reporting
Shape messaging for ERP and HRMS audiences across channels
Partner with sales on experiments that earn the next conversation
